We've been making our first meadow. It's on the south side of the property. Yeah, the south side. The area that's driven us crazy and pushed back our schedule more than one time. The area that looked like this at one time when we thought it was only a day away from being fence post ready. The pink string never seemed to straighten out, and we never thought we would be able to see both corner posts while standing in the middle. Finally, Mark went Florida Chainsaw Crazy or Marknado, as we like to call his paths of destruction, on the south line and we got the fence installed. We were left with about a 20 foot fire break. So, we went to work making a meadow. We chopped and burned and raked and iced elbows because of Rogue hoeing stumps. In the next week or so we will rent a heavy duty roto-tiller to fluff up the ground.to make way for winter rye grass and clover to be planted. We hope you'll check back in the weeks to come to watch this meadow go from brown to green!//tr
